NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
BID POSTPONEMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Borough of Riverton, County of Burlington has hereby postponed the bid opening for the Solid Waste Collection in compliance with NJSA§40A:11-23(a)(c). This notice provides the new date and time for the bid opening. Bidders shall be notified by way of personal service.
The opening of sealed bids was previously scheduled for Tuesday June 20, 2023, at 11 o’clock a.m. is now rescheduled to be received and opened on Thursday June 29, 2023, at 11 o’clock a.m. at the Borough Hall, 505A Howard Street, Riverton, New Jersey.
Bidders are required to meet all of the bidding terms previously issued including but not limited to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq which can viewed online at : https://riverton-nj.com/notice-to-bidders-solid-waste-collection/
