Welcome to the neighborhood that is known for it’s history, charm and community. Riverton, in
Burlington County, New Jersey, is a small residential community founded in 1851–one of the first totally planned residential subdivisions in the United States! Located on the Delaware River approximately ten miles north of Philadelphia, Riverton is a small tight-knit community with more
than 3,000 residents. Our town can be easily accessed by hopping on the Riverline which
connects to PATCO.
The Riverton Economic Committee (EIC) is devoted to bettering our downtown business district
