Part Time Office HelpRIVERTON BOROUGH Administrative work for the Construction Dept. and to the Zoning and Code officer, aiding the public with information related to the Uniform Construction Code, construction permit processing and issuance, file organization, Vacant Property Registration. After a transitional period, candidate will serve as Secretary to the Planning Board, attend and record monthly meetings. Finance Office support will include payroll & pension, deposits, escrow account maintenance, assist with purchase order and tax and sewer collections. Clerk and General office help in supporting resident’s needs, records retention and filing. Successful candidate will be required to use Edmunds Software package and MIS Software and may be asked to obtain New Jersey Technical Assistant certification. Flexible scheduling.
