AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW JERSEY PAY TO PLAY STATUTE

 The Borough Clerk under direction of the Mayor and Council have solicited Requests for Proposals through a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 for certain professionals to serve the Borough of Riverton. These contracts have been awarded without competitive bidding as a Professional Service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a) of the Local Public Contracts Law because these contracts are for services performed by persons authorized by law to practice a recognized profession and regulated by law

The following appointments were made through a Fair and Open Process by the Borough of Riverton Mayor and Council:

 May 16, 2023              Res. # 84-2023            Authorizing the Temporary Appointment of DeBlock Environmental Services for Licensed Wastewater Treatment C2 and Sewer Collection S2 Operator Services for time period not to exceed 45 days.

June 20, 2023              Res. #91-2023             Appointing DeBlock Environmental Services for Licensed Wastewater Treatment C2 and Sewer Collection S2 Operator Services for the remainder of 2023
