 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, an Emergency Meeting was held on May 18, 2022 at 9 o’clock AM during the Court Hearing at the Burlington County Superior Court, via Zoom video conferencing the matter of Joseph Rainer v Borough of Riverton Docket # SC-000177-22 at the direction of the Honorable Judge Harrington;

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the purpose of this meeting was for the Borough Council to agree on a settlement agreement in the matter of Joseph Rainer v Borough of Riverton Docket # SC-000177-22;

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that formal was taken which will be described in the official minutes submitted by the Municipal Clerk.
