REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL & QUALIFICATIONS FOR 2023 MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – BOND COUNSEL

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq, proposals and qualifications are being solicited by the Borough of Riverton (hereinafter the “Borough”) for Bond Counsel professional services for the term beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023.
Submission Instructions:
Sealed bid package shall include one (1) printed copy of the proposal and one (1) electronic file in the form of a CD or USB of the respective proposal(s) should be submitted. The package should include detailed qualifications and fee schedules. Mail or hand deliver to the Borough Hall at the address given below and the note as quoted on the package.
