ORDINANCE PARTIALLY REPEALING CHAPTER 2 ACCESS TO BOROUGH BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF RIVERTON AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 3 ENTITLED “SCHEDULE OF FEES”

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading, by title only, at a meeting of the Riverton Governing Body, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, held on March 18, 2026.

 

Further, the same Ordinance was adopted after a second reading by title only, after a public hearing during a meeting of the Riverton Governing Body to be held on April 15, 2026, commencing at 6:30 pm, prevailing time.

 

Any member of the general public who is interested can view a full copy of the Ordinances from the Office of the Borough Clerk of Riverton.

 

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

 

This ordinance relocates the Borough’s Schedule of Fees from Chapter 2 to a newly created Chapter 3 of the Borough Code. The change is administrative only and is intended to make the fee schedule easier for the public to locate and reference. No fees are being changed by this action.
