Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and N.J.S.A. 40A:14-157 respectively, the Borough of Riverton will conduct a Public Auction Sale of Borough property no longer needed for public use. The Auction will be held online only at Gov Deals, whose internet address is www.govdeals.com from April 20, 2026 – April 27, 2026.

The property for sale consists of a vehicle, as described below. The vehicle is being sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties and requires a hold harmless agreement to be executed.
