COUNTY OF BURLINGTON

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in compliance with the provisions of P.L. 2025, Ch. 72, (NJSA 35:3-1 et seq) the Borough of Riverton, County of Burlington will publish the complete text of each legal notice which may be obtained or viewed by the public on its official website. January 1, 2026 – March 1, 2026 the Borough of Riverton Shall publish all legal notices to both website and legal newspaper, the Burlington County Times.

 

The same shall also be available on the Secretary of State’s Legal Notice Portal (https://link.edgepilot.com/s/f785b4cf/6mG3Xb779kCXpJxtxUPkIA?u=https://nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml), which is currently under construction, pursuant to P.L. 2025, Ch. 72. The State portal link update shall be posted with this notice when it becomes available

TIME LINE

 

  1. January 1 Publish in our newspaper a notice saying Boro of Riverton will be posting all notices at https://Rivertonnj.org/ under the PUBLIC NOTICES tab

 

  1. January 1 – March 1 Publish all legal notices to both website and legal newspaper

 

  1. March 1 amend the notice to provide for our link and state link

 

  1. March 1 only publish legal notices to site and continue to run notice with the links 2x per month through December 31, 2026
