NOTICE OF MASTER PLAN PUBLIC HEARING 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: 

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 et seq., on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, the Planning Board of the Borough of Riverton (the “Board”) will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of a Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Township’s Master Plan. Such hearing, to be held at the Riverton Borough Hall, 505 Howard Street, Riverton, New Jersey 08077, is being undertaken pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28 and N.J.S.A. 52:27D-310.   

A copy of the proposed Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan is on file and will be available for public inspection at the Borough Hall, during normal business hours, excepting public holidays, beginning on Friday, June 13, 2025.
