Due to COVID-19 precautions and expected high turnout, each town has been assigned a specific shredding date. The date for Riverton Borough is Sunday, September 13th shredding event.
IDs will be checked and there will be no exceptions.
The event will take place from 9AM-1PM but may end prior to 1PM if trucks reach capacity. It will be located at the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex on 22000 Burlington-Columbus Road in Florence.
There is a new limit of only 3 bags or boxes weighing no more than 10 lbs. each.
During the event you must remain in your car at ALL times and masks will be required.
Paper must be placed in trunk/cargo area/truck bed, so it is easily accessible to staff, who will remove it from your vehicle with out any contact.
Already shredded paper will also be accepted at this event.
In any event that rules are not followed, the staff working the event will have to kindly ask you to leave without accepting your material.
