AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND & SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER §128 OF THE BOROUGH OF RIVERTON TO AMEND THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN TO INCLUDE A MAP
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced on the first reading by the Borough Council of the Borough of Riverton held on November 16, 2021. This Ordinance will be considered for final adoption after a public hearing to be held on December 13, 2021 at 7:00pm prevailing time via Zoom videoconference. Join Zoom Meeting

The public may also submit public comments in written letter form via mail or drop off to the municipal building located at 505A Howard Street Riverton, NJ 08077, during business hours no later than 4pm the day of the scheduled meeting. Previously submitted public comment shall be read aloud and addressed during the public meeting that will be heard to all remote participants and the public. The Governing Body may pass over duplicate written comments; however, each duplicate comment will be noted for the record with the content summarized. The chat option in Zoom shall not be considered nor recognized as a tool for Public Comments
A copy of the Ordinance may be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office by calling 856-829-0120 on week days between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm.
- Chapter 128, Article II of the Borough Code of the Borough of Riverton entitled “Zoning Districts” – §128-5 entitled “Zoning Map; The location of boundaries of the districts established by this Code are shown upon the Zoning Map that is declared to be a part of this Code and shall be kept on file with the Borough, which was prepared by Environmental Resolutions, Inc., dated August 2019.
